The remedy that works

Recognizing our own true nature (and, of course, that of others) is so important:

If we can reach the understanding of what we actually are, there is no better remedy for eliminating all suffering. This is the heart of all spiritual practices.

  1. Thank you, Ellie. This so goes along with my meditation in lectio today. Being "far away" is an illusion, so to be "inside" or "outside" a group is an illusion showing that I am looking in the wrong direction--that I need to wake up and be aware of the Divine.
