Now

It's possible that I have blogged this before. Neverthess, it is certainly worth repeating:

How simple it is to see
that all the worry in the world
cannot control the future.
How simple it is to see
that we can only be happy now.
And that there will never be a time
when it is not now.

  1. I believe this to be true -- happiness must be felt. I think a lot of people may be unhappy due to being irresponsible and dealing with the consequences of their actions. If that's the case, people must change...And worry will kill ya! Clearly Dr. Jampolsky is more eloquent when it comes to expressing this idea. :)
